A supportive space to explore, reflect, and learn alongside fellow clinicians through a trauma-informed lens.
This round of four 90-minute sessions will provide space for:
The group is open to clinicians of all modalities, and is best suited to those who consider themselves relatively seasoned practitioners with a solid level of technical competence (imposter syndrome notwithstanding).
A commitment to attending all four sessions is requested wherever possible, as continuity supports the depth of the group's work. To gain the most benefit, participants are also strongly encouraged to engage in an additional one hour of individual reflective practice per fortnight. Tools and frameworks to support this process will be provided.

This round of four 90-minute sessions will provide space for:
- Macro reflective practice: stepping back to examine the bigger picture of your clinical work
- Exploring the nuances of tricky interpersonal dynamics with clients who get you hooked
- Examining how you show up in the therapeutic space
- Thinking creatively about case conceptualisation
- Slowing down to cultivate openness to new ways of thinking, beyond what we think we know
